Responsibilities
- Assist in retouching product and beauty imagery, including basic colour correction, blemish removal, background clean-up, and light enhancements.
- Collaborate with photographers and art directors to understand the creative vision and apply feedback effectively.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all retouched images in line with brand guidelines.
- Use industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and Helicon Focus.
- Maintain organised file structures and meet project deadlines.
- Stay open to learning new techniques and tools to improve workflow and output quality.

- Some experience in image retouching, ideally within beauty, still life, or product photography- Ecommerce or freelance work welcome.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and familiarity with Capture One and Helicon Focus.

- Ability to take direction and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- A passion for visual storytelling and a desire to grow within a creative team.
