Working in close collaboration with the Head of Retail and reporting into the Retail Director, the Head of Education and Pro will lead the creation, development and execution of a regional service, artistry and social education strategy for the Charlotte Tilbury brand. With a future‑focused, innovative and disruptive mindset, the Head of Education & Pro will blend artistry excellence with commercial impact, identifying opportunities to continuously elevate the Magic Experience across every touchpoint – in store, online, on the ground and in the air. This role will act as both brand guardian and growth driver, ensuring education sits at the heart of retail performance.
Role Accountabilities
- Shape and deliver the Education & Pro strategy across the region, partnering closely with Retail Leadership to elevate artistry, service and commercial performance.
- Define and execute the regional Education & Pro strategy in partnership with Retail and Global Education teams.
- Champion the Charlotte Tilbury ‘Magic Experience’, ensuring flawless service standards across all doors.
- Drive engagement with our Learning Management System and evolve our digital learning approach.
- Deliver operational excellence and people‑leadership training, including BM Academy and progression pathways.
- Lead all artistry development, including Global Artistry Certification, NPD, skincare and core training.
- Localise global education content, ensuring it reflects regional needs, retailer nuances and channel differences.
- Create modern, effective training mechanisms, with a strong focus on digitalisation and clarity.
- Own education communication channels, sharing best practice and building community across the region.
- Inspire and lead the Regional Pro Artistry team, ensuring artistry excellence remains the top priority.
- Partner with Retail, Marketing and Events to deliver best‑in‑class experiences, activations and brand moments.
- Oversee the Education & Pro budget, ensuring strong ROI and strategic prioritisation.
- Lead large‑scale educational events, including the annual retail conference.
- Drive the strategy for on‑site bridal services, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and growth.
Reporting Relationships
- Reporting to the Retail Director.
- Managing 2 x Regional Training Managers.
- Managing the Education Co‑ordinator.
- Managing the Bridal and Pro & Events Team Managers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience building and delivering education strategies that drive growth; innovative approach to training methodology, blending traditional and modern learning techniques.
- Ability to manage the full training cycle (needs assessment, planning, development, coordination, evaluation).
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Advanced organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at pace, creating structure within ambiguity; independent, proactive, self‑starter mindset.
- Experience within Beauty / Premium Retail highly advantageous.
- Open to travel within the UK and internationally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
