Today, Charlotte Tilbury Beauty continues to break records across countries, channels, and categories and to scale at pace. Over the last 10 years, it has experienced exceptional growth and is one of the most talked about brands in the beauty industry and beyond. It has become a global sensation across 50 markets (and growing), with over 2,300 employees globally who are part of the Dream Team making the magic happen.

The energy behind the brand is infectious, and as we grow, we are always looking for extraordinary talent who want to be part of our success and help drive our limitless ambitions.
About the role: Calling all beauty junkies with a keen consumer-centric mindset and exemplary rigour and attention to detail! Charlotte Tilbury’s Product Marketing team is looking for a new Product Marketing Executive to complement the team. Sitting in the Product Development Function, the Global Product Marketing team shapes the innovation strategy of the brand and delivers essential market, consumer, and portfolio insights to Charlotte and the business.
With a consumer-first approach, we partner with the NPD, Packaging & Artistry team to create tomorrow's viral sensations and market breakthroughs, turning Charlotte's vision into clear, compelling, and consumer-centric product concepts and stories. Reporting into a Senior Product Manager, the Product Marketing Executive will play a key role in unlocking consumer and market insights, supporting innovation development, and bringing ideas to life through best-in-class presentations and seamless organisation.
- Consumer & Market Insights: Support the delivery of consumer, category, and competitor insights using a variety of sources (internal + external data, social listening, trend platforms). Analyse and distil data into clear, actionable insights to inform product innovation and strategic decisions. Act as the team’s “trend detective,” monitoring the global beauty landscape—from K-beauty to emerging indie brands—tracking product trends, viral moments, and shifting consumer behaviours to identify what’s next and uncover white space opportunities before it hits the mainstream. Contribute to insight reports, presentations, and innovation briefs with clarity, creativity, and a strong consumer narrative.
- Innovation & External Stakeholder Management: Coordinate and organise agency presentations to feed into Charlotte Tilbury innovation days. Ensure all agency outputs are clearly structured, relevant, and aligned to business needs.
- Innovation Presentations & Product Storytelling: With the Senior Product Manager, work closely with NPD and Packaging to collate Supplier innovation basket + agency insights into compelling narratives and innovation opportunities. Assist in building visually engaging, consumer-centric, compelling innovation presentations that bring product concepts to life. Own the organisation of innovation reviews, including sample management & logistics. Manage product samples end-to-end (ordering, tracking, organising), ensuring everything is ready to a high standard.
- Product Marketing Support & Execution: Support the Product Marketing team in the creation of high-quality decks for key calendarised projects across the innovation pipeline. Ensure all materials are delivered on time, with strong attention to detail and alignment to brand standards. Assist in VM plate artwork checks, ensuring product representation, naming, and claims are accurate and consistent. Help maintain consistency and excellence across all product marketing outputs, from internal decks to cross-functional materials.
About you: A true beauty enthusiast with a passion for trends, products, and consumer behaviour. Highly analytical and very comfortable working with numbers, data, and performance metrics. Naturally curious, with a strong desire to understand what drives consumers. Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Hands-on and proactive, happy to roll up your sleeves—from analysing data to physically organising product samples. A confident communicator with strong presentation skills (PowerPoint wizardry is a plus!). Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Charlotte Tilbury is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where nimble mindsets, striving to deliver the best and wanting to be part of a global #dreamteam are key. Even though we have requirements, our experience and background are just a guide; we still love to welcome applicants with more or less experience stated, provided necessary skills can be demonstrated.
Why join us? Be a part of this values-driven, high growth, magical journey with an ultimate vision to empower everyone, everywhere to be the best version of themselves.
