About the role A key operational role within a rapidly expanding luxury beauty brand, the Supply Planner will be responsible for ensuring efficient supply of products to meet customer and business needs. We are looking for someone with supply planning experience, who is an excellent communicator and relationship‑builder, and is able to identify and implement continuous improvement activities. This exciting role is ideal for an individual that is willing to get stuck into the detail of the supply plan whilst still managing to focus on the big picture.

As a Customer Supply Chain Planner you will:
- Drive the replenishment of packaging and finished goods volumes from a number of suppliers through active planning and purchase order management.
- Work collaboratively with suppliers, procurement, freight operations and inventory teams to ensure that global inventory levels are maintained across their portfolio.
- Work with the global deployment team to help drive the allocation of goods to regions and expedite any un‑forecasted demand as needed.
- Manage the supply of new products from 1st order onwards to support the timely delivery of replenishment quantities.
- Communicate supply risks across the business in an informative and effective manner.
