We are looking for a talented Coordinator, Global Pro-Artists to support our growing global pro-artists team! With an entrepreneurial spirit, solutions-oriented and collaborative approach, you have a deep understanding of the beauty industry and experience assisting multiple people in an organisation. This role will see you managing our 8 pro-artist's projects supporting the business. Please note this role is a 9 month fixed term contract (Maternity Cover).
Responsibilities
- Participate and understand cross-functional activities across brand campaigns, 360 marketing launches, PR, events, tutorials, social content, digital + social content, and ecomm shoots to maintain a calendar for where pro-artists need to participate.
- Responsible for ordering and managing internal kit stock for the team, proactively forecasting replenishment requirements, aligning inventory with product launch schedules, and ensuring timely allocation to support team needs.
- Gather briefs from internal teams for pro-artists and relay to them.
- Oversee the Coordination for Global Pro-Artists, who will be managing the master calendar of pro-artists' schedules ensuring they are scheduled and understand the briefs and expectations.
- Support the PM/Producer on pre-production for Pro-Artist activities, including: Sharing shoot schedules + call sheets with pro-artists, All NPD, brushes and equipment etc is ordered in a timely manner, Supporting in developing efficient processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Maintain a forward-thinking mindset to support team consistency, balance, and smooth day-to-day execution.
Qualifications
- You will report into Global Pro Artist Manager.
- 2 years of experience managing projects, coordinating teams, and/or other assistant-related duties.
- Strong communication skills.
- A strong understanding of processes, organisation and the latest tech tools to help drive efficiency.
- A cool, calm and collected approach to problem solving.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Utilises strong people skills and emotional intelligence to support team members, manage relationships, and contribute to effective team leadership.
- Strong self-awareness.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (email, docs, drive, slides).
- Experience using Sharepoint.
