About the role
As an enabler for our business growth, the Change Lead will join the Transformation team. Reporting to the Transformation Lead, you will help shape and deliver our largest change programmes.
Responsibilities
- Delivering change management efforts for multiple initiatives within the global transformation portfolio, including stakeholder maps, change impact assessments, change plans, communication and engagement strategies, coaching, business readiness, training needs assessments, training plans, training materials, adoption tracking, and reinforcement methods.
- Supporting the development of new Change Management practices within the transformation function.
- Partnering with the Business Analysis team to understand current and future processes, including RACI matrices.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with senior management and key stakeholders.
- Championing a culture of continuous improvement and developing change capability across the organization.
- Leading a team of Change professionals to ensure consistent outputs and messaging.
