In this role you will support the Packaging Development team to deliver innovative, high‑quality packaging within time and budget. You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Product Development, Quality, Regulatory and Marketing to provide practical packaging solutions that align with brand growth in color and complexion. You’ll manage technical and quality aspects of primary packaging and help drive sustainable, innovative packaging concepts. This is a fast‑paced, cross‑functional role with visibility across the business and a chance to shape product development and expansion.

Responsibilities
- Assist on sourcing of new primary packaging with innovative delivery systems
- Coordinate pack testing and standards with Engineering and Quality to ensure compliant finished packs
- Support CPA management to align finished goods and packaging CPAs with NPD and risk flags
- Manage artwork process for Primary Secondary packaging from copy brief to finished artwork in line with CPAs
- Take secondary packaging concepts through to delivery
- Coordinate with Supply Chain on PO timings for new packaging developments
- Build and maintain relationships with external pack suppliers and contract manufacturers
- Monitor packaging innovations and sustainability with suppliers
Key requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in printing technology and packaging materials within FMCG
- Strong understanding of NPD project management and CPA management
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Technically strong in packaging development
- Self-driven and results‑oriented
- Passion for packaging, artwork process and quality standards
