About the Role

The UK & EMEA Benefits Manager will support the design, implementation, and governance of employee benefits programs across the UK and EMEA. They will manage the full benefit lifecycle from implementation to renewal and ongoing support and administration. This role will also be responsible for managing several projects such as Gender Pay Gap reporting. This role ensures that our benefits offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our global reward strategy, supporting talent attraction, retention, and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Design & implementation: Input into the UK and EMEA benefits strategy, benchmark programs, partner with local HR teams to tailor benefits offerings to regional needs while maintaining global consistency.
  • Governance & compliance: Ensure all benefits programs comply with local legislation and regulatory requirements; maintain accurate documentation and audit processes for benefits administration.
  • Vendor management: Manage relationships with benefits providers, brokers, and consultants; negotiate contracts and monitor service delivery to ensure high‑quality employee experience.
  • Employee experience: Communicate benefits programs effectively to employees, ensuring clarity and engagement; act as a subject matter expert for benefits‑related queries across international markets.
  • Data & reporting: Monitor benefits utilization and costs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization; prepare regular reports for leadership on benefits performance and trends.
  • Project management: Collaborate on global reward initiatives such as policy development, Gender Pay Gap reporting, mobility and harmonization projects; provide project management support for reward‑related programs, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment; contribute to continuous improvement of reward processes and systems.
  • Administration and support: Optimize Benefits administration and support; partner and support the broader People team.

About You

  • Proven experience managing international benefits programs across multiple countries.
  • Strong knowledge of global benefits trends and local compliance requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
  • Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with a luxury brand ethos.
