  • Collaborate with global marketing teams to localise campaigns for the UK market, defining clear processes and roles for successful partnership.
  • Lead on the creation and sign‑off process for key campaign assets and communications, ensuring high standards, timely delivery and clear decision‑making.
  • Partner with Commercial and Retail teams to support the delivery of compelling, best‑in‑class Colour & Holiday activation plans for key retailers.
  • Define, track and evaluate relevant KPIs, analysing campaign performance to understand ROI and identify future opportunities.
  • Support the UK Head of Marketing on ownership of the Colour & Holiday category marketing budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting, tracking and optimisation.
  • Manage and develop a Marketing Executive, providing clear direction, coaching and feedback.
