About The Role
A Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Expert is the heart of our stores and counters. On the shop floor, you empower customers to be the most beautiful version of themselves by combining expert artistry with strong product knowledge and a passion for building lasting emotional connections. You make the product accessible to everybody and adapt your style to meet each customer’s needs.
Responsibilities

About You (Qualifications)
- You ideally have experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG.

- Experience applying makeup and the ability to adapt your style to different customers’ needs.
