The Role
A Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Expert is at the heart of our stores and counters. On the shop floor, you are responsible for empowering customers to feel confident and beautiful, combining expert artistry with strong product knowledge and a passion for building lasting emotional connections. You make the product accessible to everyone and adapt your approach to suit each customer’s needs.
- You work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs, thriving on goals and aiming to exceed expectations.
- You value teamwork, building solid relationships with colleagues and management to foster a collaborative environment.
- You champion world-class artistry and an impeccable customer experience, representing the Charlotte Tilbury brand and sharing knowledge with customers.
- You adapt your approach to activities, customers, and opportunities to drive strong outcomes.
- You follow grooming standards and model what good looks like in-store.
About You
- Experience as a Sales Advisor is preferred, ideally in fast-paced settings such as beauty, retail, or FMCG.
- You aspire to be part of a disruptive beauty brand and enjoy sharing your enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury.
- Experience applying makeup and the ability to tailor your technique to different customers’ needs is a plus.
