About The RoleThe Producer will join the Production Team, responsible for delivering endâtoâend production of all Charlotte Tilbury content, from briefing to shooting across moving image and stills.
Responsibilities
Produce alwaysâon campaigns and Team Tilbury social content, including Brand Ambassador Sofia Tilbury, from briefing to preâproduction to shoot across moving image and stills.
Manage dayâtoâday execution of global content, ensuring quality of outcomes for all weekly shoots and calendar planning.
Coordinate preâproduction schedules, shoot schedules, optioning crew and creatives, call sheets, sourcing locations and hiring equipment, managing all shoot logistics.
Develop and maintain relationships with photographers, hair artists, set designers, etc. to secure the highest possible level of talent.
Understand market rates and routinely negotiate the best rates with photographers, agents and agencies.
Contribute ideas to creative leads, ensuring content is onâbrand and marketâleading.
Be resourceful and adaptable to changing budgets, timelines and shifting priorities.
Prepare and communicate production schedules and timing plans in sync with content and creative calendars.
Maintain detailed records of usage contracts, agreements and contracts for references.
Spearhead negotiations with agents to secure the best possible deals for all shoot needs.
Recruit and onboard new talent while maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders such as photographers, directors, DOPs, set designers and studios.
Handle general daily administration â PO creation, budget tracking, credit card expenses, etc.
Manage freelance production assistants.
Maintain a professional and productive working environment.
Qualifications
