Key Accountabilities
- Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for creating and driving an ultimate experience of the Charlotte Tilbury brand by exceeding KPI targets and inspiring your team to perform at their best.
- You will be a customer experience pioneer — aiming for customers to become Charlotte Tilbury ambassadors by selling our products, leading by example and encouraging repeat visits.
- You will be a true coach and mentor to your team, supporting and developing them through on-the-job training, coaching and ongoing support.
- You are a collaborator and an innovator who can influence and build lasting cross-functional relationships in retail and at head office.
Requirements
- Proven management experience at Deputy Manager level or above with a track record of delivering exceptional results across KPIs and people; ideally gained in beauty, retail or FMCG.
- A true leader who inspires and empowers their team to think ambitiously and to be the best versions of themselves.
- Highly organised, a proactive problem solver who can think on their feet with an innovative spirit; comfortable adapting style and implementing processes and routines.
