This role within the pivotal Product Development department will be focused on the coordination of the colour and texture development stages of projects, supporting the team and Charlotte Tilbury artists. Product research, colour work, sample organisation, and product testing coordination will play a big part of the day-to-day duties, as well as general team support and admin.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about product and the world of beauty and have a strong eye for colour. As our NPD Coordinator you will:

  • Coordinate make-up artist colour development testing days
  • Manage communication of schedule and goals of testing days
  • Update and maintain regular feedback forms from artists testing to share with team
  • Arrange wider product testing and questionnaires of new products & shades
  • Book models for development days and NPD meetings
  • Communicate with suppliers on formula/colour briefs and samples
  • Swatch shades, pantone matching and colour descriptions for sharing to wider teams
  • Request and coordinate innovation days and new samples from suppliers
  • Collate global industry and product research to inform NPD team
  • CT & industry sales analysis
  • CT product, supplier samples and bulk approval archive maintenance and filing
  • Help prepare materials for regular NPD team meetings
  • Help with NPD team general admin
  • Represent the team on cross-functional activities when required

About you:

  • Self-motivated, eloquent and dedicated to the brand – a positive member of Team Tilbury
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong research skills
  • Experience with sales data and analysis
  • Adaptable and flexible team player
  • Have a passion for and knowledge of the beauty industry – brands, products, bloggers and influencers
  • Has a strong eye for colour and knows how to give colour direction
  • Skills using Microsoft programmes such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience within the beauty industry in colour product development is beneficial as would artistry experience.
