About The Role
We are looking for a driven, passionate superstar Marketeer to join Team Tilbury as our Marketing Executive! As the Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating, developing and delivering best in class marketing campaigns for new product launches to maximise brand awareness and customer loyalty. In line with company objectives, you will support the continued growth plans for the Charlotte Tilbury brand, expanding the brand presence and driving performance. As one of our regional brand marketing guardians, you will collaborate effectively with the marketing and wider UK teams bringing your attitude to excellence and your passion for getting things done!
As our Marketing Executive you will:
- Work alongside the Category Managers to implement the marketing calendar in line with new product launches and strategic focuses.
- Be responsible for the creation and sourcing of all marketing support in line with direction from Category Managers.
- Support the Category Managers on providing competitor insights to feed wider market analysis and insights, and regularly communicate key takeouts to the wider business.
- Responsible for the creative recommendation and provision of retailer assets for all new launches including PDPs and digital banners, including working with UK artworker on creative briefings and gaining approval from senior stakeholders.
- Offer creative support for all campaigns by owning Monday.com briefing to ensure UK requirements for creative are delivered in a timely manner from Creative Agency including but not limited to media creative assets.
- Support the Category Managers on campaign execution by helping to build campaign launch decks. Schedule taskforce and approval meetings.
- Work with the Category Managers to create suitable collateral and merch elements for launches and experiential activity when relevant.
- Responsible for the collateral CPA to ensure elements are created in time for launches and events.
- Support the Category Managers on campaign wrap-up reporting, ensuring report is circulated within the business in a timely manner post launch and capturing learnings and insights to inform future campaigns.
- Support on CPA process with Project Management team, ensuring regular updates fed back to wider business on upcoming deadlines and risks.
- Support on budget management, including the timely and accurate raising of Purchase Orders to deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget. Ensure all POs are reflected in the Marketing tracker.
- Responsible for sample forecasting across the UK region, working in collaboration with Category, Retail Marketing, Retail Operations teams to ensure all business needs are accounted for.
- Own Marketing sample allocation ensuring accurate tracking and visibility to the wider business.
- Contribution to and preparation of reports when required, utilising internal reporting systems and market data tools.
Who You Will Work With
You will report directly into our wonderful Senior Marketing Manager, UK! Build collaborative relationships and excellent communication with key stakeholders across the business, including Global Marketing, Commercial, Sales & Education, Retail Operations, external suppliers and retail partners.
About You
You have some experience in a similar Marketing Coordinator or Executive position, within Beauty or Fashion. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines in a timely manner, ruthlessly prioritise and manage multiple stakeholders with ease. You have the confidence to work well on your own as well as part of a team, you are a huge collaborator! Creative and unorthodox thinker, able to push projects forward in an unstructured environment. Have a flexible and professional attitude, you are hungry to learn and welcome challenge! An excellent communicator comfortable presenting, able to influence and effectively articulate your point of view. Have exceptional organisational and prioritising skills and show great attention to detail and be results-driven. Excellent English written and verbal skills. A natural curiosity, passion and love for the beauty industry!
