About The Role The Senior Digital Content Manager leads the planning and delivery of key digital campaigns, bringing teams together to create engaging and commercially impactful customer experiences. With a strong marketing mindset and excellent project leadership skills, they shape how we bring new products, hero franchises and key brand moments to life across Digital. They play an important role in connecting Digital with the wider business, ensuring plans are aligned, ambitious and set up for success.
- Lead end-to-end digital campaigns from ideation and strategic planning through to go-live and post-campaign analysis, ensuring clear ownership, timelines and enabling successful delivery for all digital channels.
- Develop integrated campaign strategies for NPD, always‑on hero products and key brand moments, considering how we tease and build anticipation, create impact at launch and sustain momentum post launch.
- Bring together Digital channel teams across Trade, Website & App, CRM, Performance Marketing, Affiliates and other functions, ensuring each team has the strategy, briefs, assets and information required to deliver successfully.
- Drive innovation and creative thinking, identifying new ways to amplify campaigns across digital channels and partnering with Product and Technology to explore experiences and functionality that improve discovery, engagement and conversion.
- Champion Digital across the wider business, partnering closely with Brand Marketing, Social, PR, Creative and Regional teams to ensure Digital is embedded within integrated marketing plans and aligned to wider brand activity.
- Own the digital campaign narrative and creative consistency, reviewing key campaign assets and experiences to ensure advertising, CRM and website/app content tell a cohesive and compelling product story.
- Use data and insight to continuously improve, leading post-campaign reviews, identifying learnings and ensuring performance insights from previous campaigns actively inform future strategies and plans.
- Lead communication and stakeholder alignment, facilitating large-scale ideation and planning sessions and presenting clear, compelling Digital plans and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
