About the Role Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is looking for someone with excellent attention to detail who is willing to roll up their sleeves and dive into operations, while also working strategically to overcome longâterm challenges in our fastâgrowing business.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain inventory adjustments as a % of total stock.
- Ensure inventory accuracy between Own Stores and ERP.
- Maintain stock availability across all stores and warehouses.
- Discover innovative methods to improve inventory accuracy in own stores.
- Minimise stock losses, ensuring all adjustments are recorded accurately with root cause assigned within acceptable tolerances.
- Assist with stock reconciliations between store systems and ERP.
- Attend and report on the annual inventory counts for all stores in the region; investigate results and provide feedback and reports.
- Investigate and manage inventory discrepancies in stores and 3PLs.
- Provide reports on store cycle counts and other inventory transactions.
- Promote best practice and provide support visits to stores for training.
- Monitor the Inventory Control mailbox and respond to all queries timely.
- Analyse current processes and systems to identify risks.
- Collaborate with Global & Regional Inventory Control teams and crossâfunctional partners (Finance, Operations, Compliance) to identify and resolve discrepancies, implement corrective actions and ensure alignment with global standards.
- Perform regular stock reconciliations between WMS and ERP systems, investigate variances and drive process improvements to enhance data integrity and minimise transaction errors.
- Obsessed with detail and getting it right the first time.
- Experienced in working with stores and 3PLs.
- Experience with ERP systems is essential; familiarity with NetSuite or Oracle is preferred.
- Able to demonstrate real examples of owning projects/improvements through to the end result.
- Track record of assessing process gaps, fixing them and working with stakeholders to change their ways of working to prevent recurrence.
- IT savvy, with experience of improving information sharing both internally and externally.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Previous inventory management experience at a headâoffice level.
