The Customer Supply Chain Executive is a junior role within the Customer Supply Chain team that works alongside planners and managers to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, fulfil orders, and maintain service levels.
Responsibilities
- Monitor emails and other channels for orders and queries.
- Process orders into our ERP system (Netsuite) in line with standard procedures.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team and 3rd-party logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
- Review inventory and fulfilment to manage requested lead times.
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on progress and resolve any issues affecting fulfilment or lead times.
- Run reports, publish updates on group channels, and provide regular status reports.
- Prioritise workload, escalate issues, and support the team with other ad-hoc tasks related to customer supply chain.
