About The Role
- Develop and implement digital content strategies that enhance the company's online presence and customer engagement
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Social, PR and influencer to create effective marketing campaigns with a digital first approach, driving NPD, core, digital proposition
- Act as the guardian for all content and new tech functionalities, leading a team that brief, build and publish across the website and app
- Oversee the creation and publication of high-quality pre-recorded and live content that serves to educate and entertain customers, establishing effective content strategies for both
- Manage the content localisation with a team of in-house linguists and AI solutions to translate all digital content into multiple languages
- Lead the project management for all digital content creation liaising with the internal creative agency and freelance creative support
- Monitor and analyse the performance of digital content across site and app, using data-driven insights to optimise and improve content strategies
- Ensure all digital content is consistent with the company's brand voice, style, and messaging, acting as a key approver
- Manage the digital content budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
- Lead and manage the digital content team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities
