A 12 month Fixed-Term Contract role within a rapidly expanding luxury beauty brand, the Global Supply Planner is responsible for delivering world class product availability for the Charlotte Tilbury brand. The role requires the individual to use data, parameters and systems to manage replenishment decisions and processes whilst using excellent relationship management skills to gain supplier support. This role provides the successful candidate with the opportunity to develop and hone supply planning and analytical skills.
The right candidate will have to be self-starting, demonstrate resilience, can quickly prioritise and build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders in the business.
As a Global Supply Planner you will:
- Be responsible for the global stock position for a portion of the CT portfolio.
- Translate the demand plan into an actionable supply plan.
- Manage the transactional processes within systems that support order call off and time-based updates on inventory status/availability.
- Be responsible for day-to-day supplier management to meet business requirements, including expediting goods where necessary.
- Work with the Supply Planning deployment team to enable them to provide accurate and timely updates on regional product availability.
- Communicate risks and opportunities against stock profile.
- Manage supplier reviews with key suppliers.
- Maintain accurate free issue inventories in 3rd party locations with reconciliations for any variances.
- Day-to-day management of suppliers to monitor over/under/late/early deliveries to proactively manage availability communications.
- Contribute to process improvement and standardisation of ways of working, both internally and with suppliers.

- Supply Chain Planning experience.
