About The Role

This position has a dual focus — you will lead the design and delivery of internal talent development programmes while also shaping the digital learning strategy. Leveraging cutting-edge technologies, you will create innovative and impactful retail education experiences. The role requires a strong blend of learning curriculum expertise, instructional design capability, and proficiency in digital learning tools, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and authoring platforms.

Reporting into the Head of Global Education and collaborating with Global Programme Managers, Global People Team, as well as regional Retail and Education teams in UK, EMEA, NA, TR and APAC, you will make impact in all territories and geographies through innovation and education evolution.

As Global Lead Programme Manager for L&D and Digital Learning you will

  • Develop and execute an International L&D and Digital Learning strategies in line with Global Education & company priorities
  • Act as a Lead member of the Global Education team and as a key contact for international Education Stakeholders
  • Evaluate and enhance global education toolkits to support innovative blended learning approaches and instructional design initiatives
  • Lead on the Development Pathway Programme and collaborate with international stakeholders to deliver a built to last structure & framework for internal teams to grow within the brand. Continually monitor and develop the program in line with Brand evolution
  • Think digitally first and built to last whilst keeping in line with the Global Education budget
  • Oversee the general running and management of Global LMS Platforms
  • Identify trends in market leading Digital Education
  • Train regional teams on the LMS functions and provide ongoing support
  • Monitor LMS analytics to inform future toolkit initiatives and digital strategies
  • Collaborate with Global Education Programme Managers and Regional Retail and Education teams in UK, EMEA, NA and APAC to ensure needs and learning solutions are met
  • Engage with external partners, manage the workflow and budget planning for e-learning modules
  • Develop teaching methods of Programme Managers for their continual professional development
  • Develop relations with HR L&D team and their use of digital education
  • Provide a high-quality, creative, blended learning & development syllabus for Field & Retail staff
  • Deploy a wide variety of training methods including classroom, in-situ, LMS, digital & experiential training and ensure that market-specific commercial and cultural needs are met
  • Support cross functional collaboration and, as a subject matter expert, provide consultation and recommendations promoting learner centricity at every touch point
  • Build out training standardisation guidelines, assessments, and certification for all Charlotte Tilbury employees
  • Complete regular talent development programme evaluation and analysis, tracking KPI performance metrics & utilise learnings to evolve the education offering
  • Attend regular site visits and training observation to review delivery and support global facilitation
  • Design and deliver Global Education Toolkits for additional brand or employee equity moments, campaigns and strategic projects that may fall outside of the category.

About You

  • Proven experience in a high achieving role as a Regional or Global Training Manager
  • Instructional design methodology expertise and deep knowledge of adult learning theories
  • Digital Learning proficiency — Confidence in LMS platforms, e-learning authoring tools and emerging technologies
  • Proven ability in designing and executing successful training programs
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Strong project management skills
  • Exceptional presenting skills, training, coaching and communication skills
