About Your Role The Assistant Business Manager is a true brand ambassador, always reflecting the Charlotte Tilbury values. You are enthusiastic to meet and exceed targets, driving team performance through motivation. You prioritize customer experience and work collaboratively with your Business Manager to support seamless day-to-day operations on the counter. You dare to dream and do. As an Assistant Business Manager, you will Drive financial results in store to meet and exceed targets and KPIs Support the Business Manager in setting and communicating sales targets to the team Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for the brand Lead by example to promote exceptional customer service Coach and provide feedback to ensure standards are achieved Extend customer service beyond the store and drive database marketing Implement development plans and conduct reviews Create a positive team culture through meetings and recognition Propose plans and activities to unlock commercial success Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and hygiene standards Inspire grooming standards and team confidence About You Retail management experience Passion for the beauty industry Commercial acumen People management skills Strategic planning experience Why join us?
