About the role: A key operational role within a rapidly expanding luxury beauty brand, the Supply Planner will be responsible for ensuring efficient supply of products to meet customer and business needs. We are looking for someone with supply planning experience, who is an excellent communicator and relationship‐builder, and is able to identify and implement continuous improvement activities. This exciting role is ideal for an individual that is willing to get stuck into the detail of the supply plan whilst still managing to focus on the big picture.

As a Customer Supply Chain Planner you will:
- Drive the replenishment of packaging and finished goods volumes from a number of suppliers through active planning and purchase order management.
- Work collaboratively with suppliers, procurement, freight operations and inventory teams to ensure that global inventory levels are maintained across their portfolio.
- Work with the global deployment team to help drive the allocation of goods to regions and expedite any un‐forecasted demand as needed.
- Manage the supply of new products from 1st order onwards to support the timely delivery of replenishment quantities.
- Communicate supply risks across the business in an informative and effective manner.
- Input to the S&OP process to flag sales and financial risks due to supply and inventory constraints.
- Monitor performance of the third party supplier(s) along with identifying risk areas and proactively implementing improvement projects.
- Work with global logistics team to identify the right mode of transportation with the third party logistics provider(s).
- Work efficiently and effectively across a rapidly growing global organisation.
- Maximise the delivery of sustainable improvements in supply chain KPIs.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Engage with a wide range of stakeholders to obtain the best outcomes for the business and minimise supply risks.
About you: 2-5 years' experience in a supply planning environment, preferably in the FMCG area. Familiarity with the processes, parameters and calculations that support the delivery of great product availability whilst maintaining low inventories. Experience in a supplier facing role within a supply chain capacity. Understanding and commercial awareness of the total supply chain including sales operations and demand planning. Awareness of procurement processes and the boundaries between planning and negotiation. Be able to communicate effectively internally and externally up to Senior Director level. Outstanding attention to detail, identifying and addressing anomalies. Be a quick learner with great problem solving skills. An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel. ERP system experience – ideally Oracle Netsuite.
