About the role
The Customer Supply Chain Executive is a junior role within the Customer Supply Chain team that works alongside the Customer Supply Chain planners and managers to liaise with our internal and external stakeholders, fulfil orders and maintain our service levels. The role involves reviewing orders in Microsoft Excel, processing them in our ERP system (Netsuite), working with the warehouse team to ensure on time delivery, and communicating with stakeholders so that everyone remains updated on progress. It can also involve using Netsuite and Excel to create and update reports and send updates and summaries to stakeholders. Please note this is a 12-month maternity cover.
As Customer Supply Chain Executive you will:
- Monitor emails and other channels for orders and other queries
- Process orders onto the system in line with standard procedures
- Resolve any issues with achieving required fulfilment or lead times
- Communicate with stakeholders
- Coordinate with 3rd party logistics
- Monitor status of orders to ensure they are on track
- Run reports and publish updates on group channels
- Prioritise workload and escalate any issues where needed
- Support the team with other ad hoc tasks related to customer supply chain as required
Ensure the smooth flow of orders on time and in full by:
- Receiving and reviewing orders from stakeholders
- Processing those orders on the system
- Reviewing inventory and fulfilment
- Managing requested lead times and coordinating with stakeholders as needed
- Providing updates to stakeholders on progress
- Resolving any problems and raising where needed

Who you will work with:
You will report to the Supply Chain Manager, working as part of the Customer Supply Chain team which is responsible for the fulfilment of inventory across all channels in UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Australia.

- Competent in Excel
- Experience in order processing or similar
- Able to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Good attention to detail and diligent in checking for errors
- Can communicate clearly and professionally with various stakeholders
