A key operational role within a rapidly expanding luxury beauty brand, the Global Supply Planner is responsible for delivering world class product availability for the Charlotte Tilbury brand. The role requires the individual to use data, parameters and systems to manage replenishment decisions and processes whilst using excellent relationship management skills to gain supplier support. This role provides the successful candidate with the opportunity to develop and hone supply planning and analytical skills. The right candidate will have to be self‑starting, will demonstrate resilience, can quickly prioritise and build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders in the business.
As a Senior Global Supply Planner you will:
- Manage & Ownership of some of the biggest suppliers within the brand
- Responsible for the global stock position for a portion of the CT portfolio
- Responsible for translating the demand plan into an actionable supply plan
- Manage the transactional processes within systems that support order call off and time‑based updates on inventory status / availability
- Responsible for day‑to‑day supplier management to meet business requirements, including expediting goods where necessary
- Work with Supply Planning deployment team to enable them to provide accurate and timely updates on regional product availability
- Work collaboratively and build strong relationships with the global teams across operations, commercial, procurement and NPD, among others, to ensure their needs are considered in the supply plan
- Communicate risks and opportunities against stock profile
- Manage supplier reviews with key suppliers
- Responsible for maintaining accurate free issue inventories in 3rd party locations with reconciliations for any variances
- Day to day management of suppliers to monitor over / under / late / early deliveries to proactively manage availability communications
- Contribute to process improvement and standardisation of ways of working, both internally and with suppliers
- Improve supplier OTIF and proactively review supplier capacity plans for the short and long term, mitigation plans as well as supplier growth capabilities
- Actively contribute to the S&OP through planning insights, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to enable effective decision‑making and business alignment
- Opportunity to step in and lead Renovations & portfolio changes alongside Activation and Development teams as well as translate strategy into an actionable plan

- Supply Chain Planning experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
- Advanced Excel user
- Accurate with attention to detail to be able to challenge and spot errors
- Proven analytical skills able to produce, interpret, draw conclusions and present data
