You will assist with corporate secretarial matters, contract execution, and the management of legal playbooks, trackers, and minutes.
You will support data privacy, trademark and IP matters, review marketing content, draft letters and NDAs, and help with renewal contracts and terms for competitions and promotions while reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel – Global Procurement.
