About the role The Lead Global Pro Artist is the most senior artistry role within the Global Pro Team, responsible for driving artistry excellence across the business while delivering world‑class artistry personally. Reporting to the Global Pro Artist Manager and with a dotted line to the Head of Artistry, the Lead Global Pro Artist sets the standard for artistry execution, supports the development of fellow artists and represents the artistry perspective within key business initiatives. This role combines exceptional technical ability with leadership, coaching and strategic influence across the business.
As Global Lead Artist you will:
- Artistry Leadership
- Set and maintain the highest standards of artistry across the Global Pro Team.
- Act as the team's recognised artistry expert and role model.
- Lead by example through exceptional artistry execution across all business touchpoints.
- Drive continual improvement in artistry standards, techniques and performance.
- Team Development
- Coach, mentor and develop Global Pro Artists.
- Support onboarding and ongoing development of new team members.
- Identify opportunities to elevate artistry capability across the team.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to support individual growth.
- Senior Artistry Opportunities
- Lead artistry on priority campaigns, launches and strategic brand moments.
- Represent Charlotte Tilbury at the highest‑profile VIP appointments, industry events and partnerships.
- Support Charlotte at key events, shoots and appearances when required.
- Be the trusted artistry lead for high‑profile projects and opportunities.
- Senior Product Development Partnership
- Represent the artistry perspective within senior product development discussions.
- Partner with Product Development teams from concept through to launch.
- Participate in selected senior development meetings with Charlotte, Sofia and key stakeholders where artistry expertise is required.
- Ensure artistry considerations are represented throughout the product development journey.
- Campaign
- Execute campaign briefs to the highest standard while maintaining attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Support campaign shoots, content creation and launch moments across all channels.
- Education & Standards
- Deliver artistry education for internal and external audiences.
- Support training initiatives for retail teams, markets and education partners.
- Share expertise, best practice and artistry knowledge across the wider business.
- Wider Team Success
- Take ownership for objectives that contribute to the success of the wider Pro Artistry team.
- Support the Head of Artistry in developing the team's capabilities and future talent.
- Act as a trusted senior voice within the Pro Artistry function.
