Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a superstar Category Manager to join our EU team. In this role you will lead Skincare & Fragrance category performance, portfolio management and strategic growth across Europe, aligning with the Senior Category Manager while owning category plans and launches.
You will build category visions, review sales and market data with the Category Analyst, manage NPD and promotions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise the portfolio across markets.
