As a Luggage
Porter at Charlotte Street Hotel, you\’ll play a vital role in
ensuring the seamless operation of our concierge desk and the overall guest
experience. Working alongside our front office team, you\’ll embody the values
of impeccable service, attention to detail, and genuine warmth.
Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with luggage handling, ensuring
prompt and efficient service. - Collaborate closely with the concierge desk to
fulfil guest requests and inquiries. - Maintain a welcoming and professional demeanour,
providing assistance and guidance to guests as needed. - Uphold the highest standards of presentation
and cleanliness in all guest areas. - Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure
a smooth and cohesive guest experience. - Demonstrate a proactive approach to
problem-solving and guest satisfaction. - Embrace our culture of continuous improvement,
contributing ideas and initiatives to enhance the guest experience.
What you Need:
- A UK drivers license
- A genuine passion for hospitality and a
dedication to delivering exceptional service. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to
engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner. - Impeccable presentation and a warm, welcoming
demeanour. - A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach
to guest satisfaction. - The ability to thrive in a fast-paced,
team-oriented environment. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including
evenings and weekends. - Previous experience in a similar role is
advantageous but not essential.
