As a Luggage
Porter at Charlotte Street Hotel, you\βll play a vital role in
ensuring the seamless operation of our concierge desk and the overall guest
experience. Working alongside our front office team, you\βll embody the values

Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with luggage handling, ensuring
prompt and efficient service. - Collaborate closely with the concierge desk to
fulfil guest requests and inquiries. - Maintain a welcoming and professional demeanour,
providing assistance and guidance to guests as needed. - Uphold the highest standards of presentation
and cleanliness in all guest areas. - Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure
a smooth and cohesive guest experience. - Demonstrate a proactive approach to
problem-solving and guest satisfaction. - Embrace our culture of continuous improvement,
contributing ideas and initiatives to enhance the guest experience.
What you Need:
- A UK drivers license
- A genuine passion for hospitality and a
dedication to delivering exceptional service. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to
engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner. - Impeccable presentation and a warm, welcoming
demeanour. - A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach
to guest satisfaction. - The ability to thrive in a fast-paced,
