- Prior experience as a Restaurant or F&B Supervisor in a fast-paced, luxury venue.
- Demonstrated passion for Food and Beverage, with extensive knowledge of quality products and ingredients.
- Understanding of current market trends and awareness of potential competitors.
- Proven ability to manage, lead, motivate, and develop a team effectively.
- Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
