As a Night Manager at Charlotte Street Hotel, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. Collaborating closely with all managers, you'll ensure that our guests receive the highest level of service across various departments, including Events, Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, and the Kitchen.
Responsibilities- Act as a liaison between the General Manager, guests, and the operational team, ensuring seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain constant vigilance over our service standards, striving for excellence in every aspect of our operations.
- Uphold the security of the hotel during night-time hours, implementing necessary measures to safeguard our guests and property.
- Conduct regular health and safety checks to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Deliver and uphold the exceptional levels of customer service that Firmdale Hotels is known for, going above and beyond to exceed guest expectations.
- Cultivate strong and professional relationships with guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Manage and respond to any incidents or accidents involving guests or team members with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide operational support to all departments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Perform night audit duties and prepare nightly reports for senior managers, contributing to the overall success of the hotel's operations.
- Previous experience as a Night Manager or at the Head of Department level within a 5-star hotel environment.
