  • ABOUT CHARLOTTE SIMONE

Charlotte Simone is a direct-to-consumer fashion brand built around a Drop model. With just three Drops a year, the brand designs seasonless styles made to last a lifetime.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer to run the day-to-day operations and commercial strategy of Charlotte Simone, reporting directly to the Founder and CEO.

You will own everything from manufacturing and supply chain through to the P&L, translating Charlotte's creative vision into operational and commercial reality.

This is a genuine number-two seat in a founder-led brand: broad, hands-on, and with real ownership.

We are open to both experienced COOs and exceptional senior operators ready to step up into their first COO role.

What matters is the ability to run and grow a business, not just administer one.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operations, Supply Chain & Fulfilment
  • Own logistics and order fulfilment end to end.
  • Manage factory timelines, fabric procurement, and the cost framework to protect margins.
  • Oversee stock control, supplier coordination, and distribution, including warehousing, global shipping, and demand planning.
  • Lead Drop launches operationally, coordinating stock, dispatch, and customer satisfaction.
  • Commercial & Finance
  • Own the P&L, managing revenue, gross margins, and operating expenses to ensure sustainability and profitability.
  • Oversee financial administration and supplier invoicing, working with our external accountants.
  • Growth & Strategy
  • Develop and implement long-term business strategies to support continued growth and market expansion.
  • Oversee digital advertising performance, ensuring spend is optimised and results are tracked and reported.
  • Build internal processes and efficiencies that let the brand scale.
  • Customer & Brand
  • Oversee customer service standards, working alongside the wider team to maintain brand tone and response quality.
  • Team & People
  • Lead and develop the junior members of the team, building the structure and culture for them to thrive.
  • Own intern recruitment and development.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • An entrepreneurial operator with a genuine passion to help build and grow a business.
  • Strong commercial and strategic leadership, with a track record of driving growth and profitability.
  • Deep understanding of digital operations, logistics, customer experience, and organisational development.
  • Experience in a small or founder-led fashion, D2C, or ecommerce brand strongly preferred.
  • Confident with Instagram and social-first retail operations, rather than traditional wholesale or retail.
  • Experience leading and developing people.
  • Discreet, reliable, and low ego, comfortable working closely with a small team and Founder.
  • Excellent communicator across team, customers, and suppliers.
  • Organisational agility, with the ability to bring structure to a fast-moving environment.
  • REPORTING LINE

Reports directly to Charlotte, Founder and CEO.
