You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day social media activity, supporting
photoshoot production and maintaining efficient studio operations. This role ensures content
is created, organised and maximised across digital channels, while contributing to the overall
brand growth and team efficiency.
Social, Community & Influencer
- Manage day-to-day execution across Instagram and TikTok
- Assist in planning and delivering weekly social content aligned with the business
- calendar
- Ensure all content is on brand, engaging and optimised across channels
- Maintain a consistent bank of creative ideas and trend-led concepts
- Manage and update caption libraries for Instagram and TikTok
- Support TikTok scheduling, posting and copy
- Support with community management, including responding to comments and DMs
- in brand tone of voice
- Conduct trend, sound and competitor research to inform content strategy
- Own Pinterest management including boards, pins, product tagging and weekly
- Support influencer activity by building master lists and managing gifting logistics
- Track influencer coverage, organise content and assist with reporting
- Support product loan send-outs and returns
- Manage social reporting, reviewing performance and applying insights to future
- content
- Own and maintain organised content libraries on Google Drive for team use
Shoot Content & Clothing Organisation
- Assist with shoot production including location research
- Film, shoot and edit social content during & post-shoot
- Log and track shoot clothing and returns
- Handle shoot preparation and packing
- Organising rails, steaming and prep
Design & Graphics
- Assist Design team from concept through to final collection
- Support the creation of CADs and tech packs
- Assist with research including store visits and fabric and trim sourcing
- Manage organisation, labelling and storage of samples and stock
- Organise and oversee the sale of bought samples where required
- Assist with gifting layouts, press linesheets, ad creative, resizing, website banners
- and email campaigns as required
Logistics & General
- Maintain day to day organisation and upkeep of the studio
- Support regular inventory office counts
- Provide ad hoc office support as needed
- Contribute to improving process
You’ll be great if you
Have 1 to 2 years' experience in social media, ideally in fashion or DTC
Can shoot and edit short-form video confidently (CapCut, Canva or similar)
Have a strong eye for aesthetics and a feel for what works on TikTok
Are highly organised and happy to get stuck in, from steaming rails to stock counts
Thrive in a fast-paced small team, especially around Drop weeks
