As an Architect, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-end residential projects that reflect our ethos. This is not just a job—it’s a chance to shape the future of sustainable luxury interiors. You will be responsible for leading projects from concept to completion, ensuring every detail is crafted with care, purpose, and precision.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, with a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for regenerative and exceptional design. You’ll need to be adaptable, proactive, and driven to constantly refine and improve your craft.
What You’ll Bring
- Expertise in architecture – have at least five years’ experience in high-end residential design.
- Sustainability mindset – a strong understanding of eco-conscious materials, regenerative build practices, and how to integrate sustainability into every project.
- Technical proficiency – expert in AutoCAD/REVIT/SketchUp, with a deep understanding of UK building regulations and construction methodologies.
- Attention to detail – an eye for presentation and detail with experience across all the RIBA stages.
- On-site leadership – experience overseeing full life cycle projects, from foundations to handover, ensuring that every detail aligns with the design & build vision and sustainability goals.
- Communication skills – ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently to clients, suppliers, and contractors.
What You’ll Do
- Lead projects – manage and deliver high-end residential projects, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
- Sustainable space planning – design intelligent, functional, and aesthetically powerful spaces that align with regenerative principles.
- Design detailing – oversee and produce highly detailed technical drawings, specifications, documentation to all RIBA stages.
- Collaborate and advise – work closely with our team, while collaborating with suppliers and manufacturers.
- On-site supervision – oversee installations, problem-solve challenges, and ensure every project meets our exacting sustainability and design standards.
- Material innovation – continuously research and integrate the latest advancements in circular economy materials, low-impact manufacturing, and regenerative build.

The UK based Role: Our UK Studio is located in Tunstall, Lake District, providing a dynamic and inspiring environment for ambitious architects who want to push boundaries and create buildings that are as responsible as they are breathtaking. Do note, we do work across the UK and abroad so a willingness to travel is essential. This is not a remote working role, you do need to be in the Studio every day.
