We exist to Make Work Better by helping small businesses automate their HR tasks so that they can get the time, headspace and tools they need to build an engaged and high-performing team. We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team β someone who can transform customer and market insights into clear, compelling initiatives that accelerate growth, improve product adoption and strengthen our value story. This is a permanent full-time role and you must be able to work in the UK.
In This Role You Will:
- Deeply understand and continuously research our customers, product and market, building structured ways to collect insights that guide strategy.
- Define and own Charlie's overarching product story.
- Sharpen our differentiation to improve commercial performance (e.g. acquisition, churn, upsell).
- Drive cross-functional alignment by championing the narrative and ensuring teams understand and act on market and customer insights.
- Ensure that every product release has a clear, compelling and cohesive story that resonates internally and externally.
- Write and own the copy for all product release communications across customer channels.
You Must Have:
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong experience in product marketing with a track record of influencing acquisition, adoption, retention or upsell performance.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills β you simplify complex product ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
- Demonstrated experience with insight-driven positioning, messaging and GTM planning.
- Comfort working autonomously, and bringing clarity to ambiguity.
- Strong strategic thinking β able to zoom out to the big picture and dive into details when needed.
- Experience working cross-functionally and influencing other teams outside marketing.
- A curious, insight-driven mindset, comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative data.
Desirable:
- Experience working in HR tech or with small-business audiences.
- A background in market research or competitive analysis.
- Experience with multi-product or add-on ecosystems.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Notion, Gong, Amplitude or similar.
This is a permanent full-time role. We cannot offer visa sponsorship and you must be able to work in the UK.

- A team of 37 that genuinely enjoy spending time together, with regular in-person and remote events to foster connection.
- 9 day fortnights β our adjusted work week. We have every other Friday off and a meeting-free Wednesday on the five-day weeks to give time for deep work.
- Hybrid-first approach; we optimise for office and remote working to be valued equally, and to be equally valuable.
- Live anywhere in the UK; we have 6 set days per year that we require the team to be together in our London office, but you have the flexibility to live anywhere in the UK.
- 90 bookable "nomad working" days outside of the UK in any timezone each year.
- No fixed working hours; you take ownership over how you get your work done.
- An amazing office space in East Londonβs pet-friendly Second Home, with membership access to their wider locations and "Exploration days" to work on anything across the company.

Compensation Package:
- A benchmarked salary from Β£76,000 to Β£82,500 based on your level within our progression framework.
