Charlie Oscar isn't a typical agency. We're independent, AI-native, and built to help ambitious brands outmanoeuvre, outpace and outgrow the competition. We blend data science with creativity - not because it's fashionable, but because it's how brands actually grow. The numbers give us clarity. The creative work is what wins hearts, builds brands, and drives revenue.
Every week here looks different: sharp strategic problems, high-calibre teammates, and real ownership over work that reaches some of the world's most ambitious brands. Outside the day job, there's run club, book and chess clubs, charity fundraisers, Thursday drinks, and enough team socials that work never feels like just work.
We hire for attitude and culture add first - not just experience. Curious, ambitious people who challenge how things are done, bring fresh ideas, and help shape the future of marketing.
We're looking for people who use AI to sharpen their work - not replace their thinking. You don't need to be an AI specialist. You need to be curious enough to already be finding ways to use it: faster workflows, sharper insight, better creative options, smarter decisions. We want people who ask “how can this be better?” and treat AI as a tool to elevate the craft, not a shortcut around it.
Charlie Oscar's Creator Studio is our in-house creative engine, producing high-performing content across paid social and brand marketing for some of the world's most ambitious brands. We're looking for a mid-weight Graphic Designer to shape the visual quality and craft standard of that output. You'll design social-first creative that performs at every stage of the funnel - from attention-grabbing acquisition assets through to brand-building, conversion-focused work - and help push the Studio's standards higher as we scale.
WHAT YOU'LL BE GETTING STUCK INTO
- Design and produce paid social creative at scale across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms.
- Build visual concepts and creative approaches for client campaigns alongside the wider creative team.
- Create agency marketing materials - podcast content, industry reports, thought leadership and sales collateral.
- Shape pitch materials and new business presentations.
- Hold the line on craft quality across every output, balancing speed, quality and performance.
- Align every asset to client brand guidelines while pushing for stronger engagement and platform fit.
- Support shoots and content capture with a sharp eye for visual storytelling.
- Spot gaps in Studio workflows and ways of working, and fix them.
