About the Role: The Outreach team is the lifeblood of our business; they know our product, partners, and patients better than anyone. In this role, youâll build relationships with clinical partners in your local community and provide muchâneeded resources to thousands of people struggling with their mental health. Youâll be a champion of Charlie Health and ensure that every potential patient, parent, and provider can access our programs. Your work will directly impact our communities and will involve both field engagement and strategic collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration
- Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
- Go in the field 4â5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs, address barriers to treatment, and cement community partnerships
- Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across different channels
- Deepen Charlie Health's penetration across existing partnerships
- Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events both in person and via conference call
- Synthesize and share market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform marketing and product strategies
- Work closely with internal partnersâincluding marketing, product, client success, and legalâto deliver on GTM goals
Requirements:
- Must be based in the North Country, NY area
- Must be fluent in English
- 1â4 years of proven sales experience; owning & overâachieving KPIs is a plus
- Experience selling to or working with healthcare organizations is a plus
- Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation & valid driver's license (within ~1âhour driving distance) 4â5 days/week for meetings with potential referral partners
- Ability to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel
- Strong interpersonal, relationshipâbuilding, and listening skills with a consultative style
- Strong projectâmanagement skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fastâpaced, fluid environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus

Additional Information: The total target base compensation for this role will be between $65,000 and $80,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performanceâbased bonus. Pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
