CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR (ITALIAN SPEAKING) / LONDON (FULLY REMOTE) / PART TIME & FULL TIME / UP TO £12 PER HOUR Are you a bilingual Customer Service professional, looking for an exciting new challenge? If so, we have an amazing opportunity, with flexible hours, working alongside a great team of people! Charlie Creative Lab Ltd is a fast-growing group of international multimedia agencies, based in the UK, Italy, and Cyprus. We provide full consultancy services to a diverse range of international multimedia producers, including self-publishers, YouTubers, and content creators across platforms like TikTok. Our team is passionate about supporting the creative industries, and we are committed to fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a talented Customer Service Advisor to join our rapidly growing team (must be fluent in both English & Italian). This will initially be a 3 month trial – made permanent upon successful completion. What’s in it for me? * Competitive pay, up to £12 per hour. * Fully remote working. * Will consider part time (25-27 hours per week) and full time (38-40 hours). * Friendly working hours, between 9am and 5pm. * 4 weeks paid holiday. * 1 week full sick pay. Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor: * You will respond to customers and direct tickets to the appropriate departments via Freshdesk and social media. * Create tutorial videos and documentation, as well as maintain a video archive of helpful responses for customers and colleagues. * Setting up new accounts for our publishing house on distributor platforms. * Occasionally, you must call our suppliers in the US to request information about customer account issues. * You will talk with customers over the phone and respond to emails. Skills & Experience Required: * Experience with FreshDesk or similar ticket management platforms, both as a user and internally within a company. * Experience using Google Drive and the Microsoft Office Suite. * Excel proficiency is essential. * A caring and patient attitude towards customers. * Knowledge and use of video editing platforms. * Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms. * Confidence in speaking on the phone in English and Italian.
