Job Introduction

Looking for a warehouse role that actually works around your life — not the other way around? At Bigham’s, we offer some of the best shift patterns and highest pay in the local area, with options that give you more time off, better balance, and real earning potential. Whether you want to work just 6 months of the year (4 on 4 off), enjoy 3–4 days off every week, or pick up a reliable part‑time routine, we’ve got a shift that fits. You’ll be joining our Logistics team in a chilled, modern warehouse environment, helping keep our kitchen running smoothly as we prepare high‑quality meals for our customers. If you’ve got warehouse experience, enjoy a fast‑paced role, and want to be part of a team that genuinely takes pride in what they do — this is a step up from the typical warehouse job.

Main Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll be a key part of keeping our kitchen running smoothly in a chilled environment. This is a hands‑on role where your work directly supports getting our meals out to customers. You’ll be:

  • Receiving goods and booking in deliveries
  • Replenishing stock for production teams
  • Picking and preparing orders
  • Wrapping and loading goods for dispatch
  • Supporting smooth shift handovers
  • Working at pace to hit daily targets as part of a team

The Ideal Candidate

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Comfortable working in a chilled environment
  • A proactive, reliable approach with good attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑focused setting
  • A forklift or reach truck licence is desirable, but not essential — we’ll support training where needed.

Why Bigham’s?

We don’t offer “a warehouse job” — we offer:

  • Better shift patterns than most local employers
  • Higher earning potential
  • More time off built into your rota
  • A team that genuinely takes pride in what they do

If you want a role where you’re valued, supported, and rewarded properly for your work - this is it. Apply now and let us know which shift suits you best, and we’ll take it from there.
