As a Trainee Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in supporting day‑to‑day operations, helping to motivate and guide your team, and ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Main Responsibilities:
- Lead your area to deliver daily plans safely, efficiently, and on time
- Set the tone each shift with clear, engaging team briefs
- Manage labour, breaks, and holidays to optimise performance
- Maintain high standards in quality, GMP, 5S, and Health & Safety
- Act quickly to resolve issues, escalating risks to minimise disruption
- Drive team engagement, performance, and continuous improvement
- Ensure accurate reporting, data capture, and operational communication
- Support team development through training, coaching, and performance reviews
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or chilled environment
