We're currently recruiting across multiple teams at our Wells site and are looking for great people to join us. Whether you're helping prepare fresh ingredients, cooking our award-winning recipes, assembling dishes, packing finished products or supporting our warehouse operation, you'll become part of a team that takes real pride in producing exceptional food enjoyed by thousands of customers every week. Many of our team members join with little or no previous food production experience. What matters most is a positive attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn. Full training will be provided.
What You'll Receive
- Competitive hourly rates from £13.52 to £17.68 per hour, depending on role and shift pattern

Choose the Shift Pattern That Works for You
We offer a range of shift patterns across our teams, including:
- 06:00 - 18:00 Work an average of just 6 months of the year
- 4 on 4 off Nights
- 18:00 - 06:00 Excellent earning potential
- Consistent rotating pattern with built-in time off
- Monday to Thursday Days 06:00 - 16:00 Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday off
- Monday to Thursday Nights 18:00 - 04:00
- Monday to Friday Evenings 17:30 - 01:30 Fixed weekday pattern
- Friday to Sunday Days Friday: 06:00 - 16:00 Saturday & Sunday: 06:00 - 18:00 Four days off every week

Main Responsibilities
Depending on the team you join, you may be involved in:
- Preparing fresh ingredients, including weighing, cutting and portioning food
- Following recipes and operating specialist cooking equipment
- Assembling dishes to specification
- Adding toppings, labels and packaging to finished products
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet Bigham's standards
- Replenishing production lines and supporting efficient workflow
- Picking, moving and preparing stock within our warehouse operation
- Completing production records, logs and paperwork accurately
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and housekeeping
- Supporting effective shift handovers and team communication
- Reporting any equipment, quality or safety concerns
- Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets
