Assembly Day Shift Team and are looking for great people to join us.

Our Assembly Team play a crucial role in bringing our dishes together so they start to look like the meals you know and love.

With all components prepared and cooked, you’ll assemble each dish with care - from layering our lasagnes to adding sauces and finishing touches to our much‑loved mac and cheese.

  • Friday: 6am – 4pm
  • Saturday & Sunday: 6am – 6pm
  • Role Responsibility
  • Accurately weigh portions to be added to each dish
  • Add and arrange dish components in line with specifications
  • Replenish dish trays to support production flow
  • Maintain high hygiene standards and a clean, tidy workspace
  • Complete food preparation records and logs
  • Carry out quality checks to ensure Bigham’s standards are met
  • Complete effective and accurate shift handovers
  • Flag any equipment issues within your area
  • Work as an integral part of the team to deliver the daily production plan
