Charlie Bigham's is expanding its Assembly Day Shift Team.

You will assemble dishes, weigh ingredients and maintain cleanliness while following strict food-safety standards.

The role runs 34 hours over 3 days, giving you four days off weekly, with early 6am starts and weekend hours.

You’ll receive a competitive hourly rate (£15.92 rising to £16.57 after 3 months) plus overtime pay, 28 days’ annual leave, a quarterly bonus and meals on shift.

This is a hands‑on production role in a busy kitchen.
