- Weekday shifts from 4pm until late.
- Weekend shifts from 12pm until late.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team.
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes.
- Support food preparation and service.
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation and food safety.
We're looking for someone with previous professional kitchen experience who is confident working during busy service.
You'll have a genuine passion for food, take pride in presentation and consistency, and work reliably as part of a team under pressure.. .
