At Charley Barleys, we are looking to recruit a passionate and caring Nursery Manager to join our team on a maternity cover basis. This role would perfectly suit an experienced Deputy Manager or confident Room Leader who is ready to take the next step in their career, gain valuable leadership experience, and support our ‘Outstanding’ team both in the office and within the rooms. We are proud to have two very hands-on owners and a fantastic Deputy Manager, so you will be fully supported in your role. Your focus will be to help oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery while maintaining the high standards we are known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing and supporting children’s learning and development across the setting
- Leading and inspiring our hardworking team, ensuring they feel supported and valued
- Assisting with the daily operational management of the nursery

Must Have childcare experience and experience working in Nursery. All successful applicants are subject to an enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references, and appropriate suitability checks in line with safer recruitment procedures.
