This has been achieved through their advanced technical strengths and quality products. They have a product range of over 400 products, their standard product range covers the majority of power control applications. However, where the customer has specific requirements, they can provide bespoke design solutions. Their products are sold into a wide variety of industry sectors and market segments, including end users, distributors, contractors and OEMs, across more than 88 countries. Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales/Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of accounts through proactive telesales efforts. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and build lasting relationships to drive business growth. The Role Responsibilities • Conduct outbound sales calls to existing and prospective clients. • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities. • Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts to achieve sales targets. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies. • Track and report on sales performance metrics. • Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge. Skills, Knowledge & Experience • Proven experience in telesales or account management, preferably in the UK market. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent negotiation and closing skills. • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. • Technical experience in electronics is a plus but not required, as full training will be provided. • Minimum of GCSEs with grades C and above; degree qualifications are beneficial, or extensive relevant job experience.
