CHARLESTON TRUST is seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager to lead the promotion of events and enterprise. This role involves working closely with the Head of Programme & Events to develop and implement marketing strategies designed to increase attendance and revenue.

With a minimum of three years' experience in a similar role, you will plan multi-channel campaigns, manage budgets, and collaborate with external partners to enhance community engagement. The position requires excellent analytical and communication skills.

Flexible work hours may be needed during programme periods.
