We are looking for a talented, motivated and passionate Front of House staff to join our team in delivering an exceptional customer experience and a mouth-watering food offering.

Front of House Duties Include:

  • Taking responsibility for the customer journey, ensuring their experience is second to none
  • Taking accurate orders and working closely with kitchen staff
  • Ensuring payments and receipts are correct
  • Confidently recommending menu and drinks offerings
  • Observing service and standards and reporting any incidents or issues
  • Being a supportive and proactive team member

Requirements:

We're looking for a reliable, detail-focused Housekeeping Team Member to help keep our venue clean, welcoming, and running smoothly. This is a part-time role for 2 hours per day working 5 out of 7 days, ideal for someone who takes pride in high standards and enjoys working independently.

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented environment across key areas of the venue
  • Follow daily cleaning routines and ensure all tasks are completed within the 2-hour window
  • Support the wider team by keeping shared spaces tidy, stocked, and guest-ready
  • Identify any issues (maintenance, stock, safety) and report them promptly
  • Work consistently to high standards, ensuring the venue looks its best every day
