Company Description Brewpoint is built on 5 generations of craft and has become Bedford’s predominant destination for drinkers and diners. Incorporating a bar, restaurant, brewery & tap room, shop and events space, allowing our guests to experience exceptional modern beer and beyond!
Position Supervisor Duties Include:
- Taking responsibility for the customer journey, ensuring their experience is second to none
- Taking accurate orders and working closely with kitchen staff
- Ensuring payments and receipts are correct
- Confidently recommending menu and drinks offerings
- Observing service and standards and reporting any incidents or issues
- Being a supportive and proactive leader
Requirements:
- Previous leadership experience in a hospitality or customer facing environment
- Enthusiasm and passion for food and beer
- The ability to deliver excellent customer service and great teamwork in a fast-paced and pressurised environment
- A result-driven and ambitious individual keen to develop your career and your teams
