Position Supervisor Duties Include:
- Taking responsibility for the customer journey, ensuring their experience is second to none
- Taking accurate orders and working closely with kitchen staff
- Ensuring payments and receipts are correct
- Confidently recommending menu and drinks offerings
- Observing service and standards and reporting any incidents or issues
- Being a supportive and proactive leader
Requirements
- You will need to demonstrate previous leadership experience in a hospitality or customer facing environment
- Enthusiasm and passion for food and beer
- The ability to deliver excellent customer service and great teamwork in a fast paced and pressurised environment
